If you live in or around London I highly recommend a visit to the New Covent Garden Market, situated within a five minute walk of Vauxhall station in south London. It's open Monday to Friday from 3.00am to 11.00am and 4.00am to 10.00am on Saturdays.

My favorite business at The New Covent Garden Market is C Best, who sell a dizzying array of vases, candle holders and props used by the top party planners in the UK. Christmas is no exception and they have the largest baubles I have ever seen! You'll find wreaths that are glittered and feathered, ribbons, beads and feathered birds to adorn your gifts. As they open at 3.00am, I have been known to get a little shopping done before work!

On a recent visit I picked up some berries, a twig bowl, a realistic looking bark vase and some brown tissue paper for my "Winter Woodland Christmas".
