This week for my 'shops i love' page, I bring you Susie Watson Designs. Susie Watson founded the company in 2004 based in Notting Hill, London. Championing traditional craftsmanship, the company creates handmade products for the home without making any compromises. Every piece ends up looking exactly as Susie envisaged – regardless of how difficult or time-consuming that may be.

There is a beautiful collection of pottery from pastel-toned cake stands to mixing bowls with a sugary stripe around the rim. Spring-fresh mugs and dinnerware with strawberries, daisies and blackberries. For outdoors there are Summer faded stripe box cushions, delightful duck egg blue check blankets and sweet embroidered scatter cushions. Bird atop candlesticks and pom pom trimmed toy bags fit for a prince or princess! Dreamy striped bedlinen in 100% cotton and an array of fabrics and trims for creative divas!

They currently have five shops: two in London, one in Alresford, one in Marlborough and a fabric showroom also in Marborough.

Underpinning the brand is a simple philosophy – that the things we use every day should bring us pleasure.
